Please take note of the following:

1) Flight Policy
As part of your travel package to participate in SPARK Digital Leaders Summit 2022, we will cover your return economy class flight to Singapore. For any upgrade, the difference in cost will be charged to your personal credit card.  

Please note that flight itinerary will be advised in a separate email upon completion of this form.

Please check if you require a visa to travel to Singapore at https://www.ica.gov.sg/enteranddeparting/before/entryvisa 

Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel. Please ensure that your passport has at least six months validity from your departure date.

Conference participants will be responsible for funding and securing the necessary travel insurance, visa and documentation for entry to Singapore.

2) Accommodation Policy

As part of your travel package to participate in SPARK Digital Leaders Summit 2022, we will cover 3 nights’ accommodation. For any extension (pre or post the event), it will be charged to your personal credit card. You may email directly to celestine.tan@wahspark.org and sheri@wahspark.org, to check on best available rate upon reservation. It will be subject to the room availability upon reservation. 

All other charges will be charged to guest personal account. Guest may make payment upon check-in/check-out by cash or credit card.

Check-in time   – 1500hrs on day of arrival.
Check-out time – 1200hrs on day of departure.
