Christopher (俊凯) has amassed over 15 years of diverse experience in the tech industry, encompassing software engineering, AI engineering, industry development, and strategic planning. Presently, he leads the Sense-making & Surveillance Centre of Expertise (COE) at HTX Singapore, focusing on advancing Vision-AI capabilities for Singapore Home Team departments. Alongside his team of passionate individuals, Christopher has spearheaded the development of Vision-AI technologies in deepfake detection, image processing, and AI explainability, pushing the boundaries of Homeland Security.

A firm believer in mastering technical fundamentals while nurturing visionary thinking, Christopher seeks to perfect the art of balancing pragmatism and innovation. He describes himself as a classic extroverted introvert, finding joy and energy in collaborating with industry partners while also relishing his alone time for reflection and brainstorming the next big project. Outside of work, Christopher delights in traveling with his wife and two boys, engaging in pet projects, tending to his aquarium, and indulging in his passion as a football fan and swimming.

Christopher holds an Honours Degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, complemented by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Strategy & Marketing from Nanyang Business School.
