The delegate fee covers

  • Participation in the 5-day Summit on 29 October – 2 November 2023
  • Round-trip Airfare (economy class) to-and-fro entry/exit port or transit city (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines) and Hong Kong – Travel insurance is not included.
  • Accommodation costs for 4-night and 5-day stays at hotels in Hong Kong & Shenzhen
  • Land transport costs
  • Participation in the scheduled receptions (dinner & cocktails) and networking sessions
  • Lunch and coffee breaks during the Summit
  • Cross border fee
  • Conference material (if any)

Requirements for Border Crossing into China

SPARK will facilitate the border crossing from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, China. Please inform us if you are holding a valid APEC Business Travel Card or if you are a China Citizen. 

What is required from you to facilitate the border crossing procedure:

  • Flight and Hotel Accommodation confirmation letter – This will be sent to you after payment has been received.
  • A clear image copy of your Passport
  • A clear image of your APEC Business Travel card (if applicable)
  • A clear image of your Foreign Identification Number card (FIN card) (for non-Singaporean working in Singapore)

We will book the following accommodations for you based on the official dates:

  • Four Points by Sheraton Tung Chung Hotel Hong Kong or of equivalent standings (3 nights stay) –
    Check-in: 29 October (Sunday)
    Check-out: 1 November (Wednesday)
  • The G Shenzhen, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel*, Shenzhen or of equivalent standing (1 night stay) –
    Check-in: 1 November (Wednesday)
    Check-out: 2 November (Thursday)

Full payment of fees is required prior to the Conference. On receipt of your payment, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you.

Under “Enter UEN/Bill Reference No.”, please input your name. Once completed, please send a screenshot of the transaction as proof of purchase, back to us.

Full payment of fees is required prior to the Conference. On receipt of your payment, a confirmation email that includes hotel confirmation and letter for visa application will be emailed to you.

  • 25 August 2023 is the last day to secure your spot and make payment in order to facilitate your Visa application.
